Our client, a multinational company, is looking for a Human Resources Analyst who will be responsible for projects related to talent management, such as: integration of new employees, training and staff development, performance evaluation, internal surveys, and maintenance of the quality of the HR subsystems in order to attract, develop, and retain talent, reaching the company's global objectives.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Integrate new employees, transmitting the culture, informing about the benefits package, MVV, policies, regulations, HR systems, among others, aiming at a quick adaptation to the work environment.
  • Stimulate the development of the company's professionals, carry out trainings following up the Training and Development programs, national and international.
  • Monitor the Performance Management system as a tool for People Management, the competency and performance evaluation processes, and providing the managers with subsidies for the internal processes, as well as providing support for the collaborators' individual career plan (CDS).
  • Carrying out the creation/updating of the HR policies, through studies, research on the themes, development and updating of norms and contributing so that the HR internal communication is being transmitted to the collaborators in a clear way, defining the content and the most adequate means.
  • Stimulate and promote the exchange of HR information and implement improvements among the companies of the group.
  • Carry out the recruitment and selection process by receiving the personnel requisition form, hiring and sending the job requirements to external consultants, selecting CVs, participating in interviews, supporting managers in the selection of potential candidates, approving the final candidate, filling out the form and collecting necessary approvals.
  • Provide support in training needs assessment, conduct training as an internal instructor, evaluate training, etc.
  • Create and update HR policies, through studies, research on the issues, developing and updating standards and contributing to the internal HR communication being transmitted to employees in a clear manner, defining the content and the most appropriate medium.
  • Hold the HR meetings of the group's companies, promoting and encouraging the exchange of HR information among the group in Brazil and interfacing with headquarters when necessary.
  • Promote, conduct studies and launch new HR projects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department's processes aimed at speeding up and improving the quality of data and services by updating tools and following market trends, as well as by analyzing services with suppliers and benchmarking.
  • Provide strict compliance to the company's internal rules and procedures, as committed to the policies and regulations, and in accordance with the existing code of ethics and conduct, ensuring the confidentiality of information through the secrecy of matters inherent to the job.
  • Perform other activities compatible with the organization's requirements for exercising the function.

Requisitos e qualificações

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor Degree Completed.
  • Professional experience of 05 to 07 years in the areas of Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
