Operating in 120+ countries with a workforce exceeding 25,000, they specialize in producing tires for various vehicles, including passenger cars, High-Performance Tires (HPT), Ultra-High-Performance Tires (UHPT), pickups, SUVs, trucks, buses, and industrial vehicles. Additionally, the company extends its expertise to successful business lines, such as hydraulic hoses, conveyor belts, marine products, industrial solutions, aerospace collaborations with Boeing, earthquake protection products, and golf equipment under the PRGR brand. They are currently looking for a Commercial Coordinator to support their sales activities.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Supporting the sales activities as a manufacturer
  • Conducting a comprehensive price study and preparing offers for YOKOHAMA distributors.
  • Engaging in price negotiations with distributors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Effectively handling order receipt and follow-up processes with distributors.
  • Managing the sale of products in each distributor.
  • Engaging in budget planning to optimize financial resources.
  • Diligently monitoring and following up to attain budget targets (PSI).
  • Providing support for the compilation of regulations in each company.
  • Facilitating the sharing of YOKOHAMA's sales and marketing strategies with distributors.
  • Supporting the preparation of plans and executing actual activities for sales and marketing to promote the YOKOHAMA brand in each country's market.
  • Instructing on the benefits and sales points of YOKOHAMA products, along with guidance on effective selling strategies.
  • Verifying and supporting ongoing sales activities with customers (Tire dealers) in the market.
  • Collection and analysis of market information
  • Systematically gathering sales data from distributors and conducting analyses of the sales situation.
  • Acquiring data such as car sales and tire sales in the market, followed by thorough analysis.
  • Conducting a comprehensive collection and analysis of market data, including trends, competitors' activities, and market prices.
  • Thoroughly collecting and analyzing competitors' product information and organizing it alongside the company's product offerings.
  • Strategic study and action for Sales and Marketing
  • Conducting a detailed strategic examination through the analysis of SWOT, 5P, and 3C data, and formulating an action plan based on the identified strategies.
  • Others:
  • Sales channel development as manufactured.
  • Study and preparation of sales promotional goods and services.
  • Communication as per instructions of YOKOHAMA HQ. 

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in a compatible function in a relevant multinational selling products to distributors, as a manufacturer or trading company.
  • Preferable experience in tire or car-related sales.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.
  • Desirable proficiency in the Japanese language.
  • Experience in leading and interacting with cross-functional teams.

Informações adicionais

  • On-site work at the company's office (Vila Mariana).
  • Availability for travel across all Latin America.
