Responsabilidades e atribuições

1. Financial Analysis:

  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analysing financial data to support planning and strategic decision-making.

2. Reporting and Presentations:

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate financial and strategic insights to stakeholders.

3. Financial Modelling:

  • Assist in building and maintaining financial models for forecasting results and preparing actual vs. forecast analysis.

4. Planning support:

  • Support the financial and strategic planning process, including budget creation and forecasting.

Requisitos e qualificações

1. Academic Background and Working Experience:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
  • Graduation in December 2025 or June 2026;
  • Experience with at least one internship program/empresa júnior.

2. Hard Skills:

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese & English (the interviews will be held in English);
  • Knowledge in Finance and Accounting;
  • Experience with financial analysis tools;
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to analyse complex data and generate actionable insights.

3. Soft Skills:

  • Communication: Ability to prepare clear reports and effective presentations;
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively;
  • Proactivity: Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team;
  • Team-player attitude;
  • Highly motivated to grow with the business;
  • Humble and curious attitude;
  • Hands-on attitude.
